After being a frequent customer, I'm disappointed with their after-sales service. There's no consistency with their service. They sent wrong items but argued it's not their fault.
Following up to the seller’s reply on May 1: Firstly, we were disappointed at the service this seller has rendered and after we left our review, they contacted us endlessly on the same day till midnight. Out of goodwill and as a small business owner to another, we listened and see if we can come to a resolution, it was a dead end. And now, we are just appalled to read this untrue reply from Xiu Wei. We have never asked for bribes or threatened her employees with negative reviews and everything she has mentioned in her reply is false and unprofessional.
On the other hand, Xiu Wei has threatened us and called us names and even attempted to use products as free gifts and money to coerce us to remove our reviews which we refused. Pls refer to the correspondences as affixed here.
